What it does

- AI scribe — records the open house and produces a per-visitor summary, a buyer/seller/browser tag, and a drafted follow-up.
- Automated multi-touch follow-up — sequences written in your voice that pause the moment a lead replies.
- Consent-aware texting — SMS goes only to visitors who opt in at sign-in; every message honors STOP and HELP. Everyone else is followed up by email.
